CrankShop is convenient bicycle servicing, cycle event support and bike maintenance in Newton Abbot, Torbay, Teignmouth, Bovey Tracey, Totnes and the surrounding areas.
CrankShop is owned and run by me, Mat Williams. I've been a keen cyclist for as long as I can remember, riding and maintaining everything from mountain bikes to road bikes, downhill to BMX, and everything I can get my hands on in between.
I'm Cytech, Bosch and Shimano trained and accredited, able to run diagnostics and software updates for MAHLE bicycle electronics, and I can deal with all SRAM and RockShox warranty issues.
CrankShop will undertake any bicycle maintenance, bike servicing or cycle repair — from a simple tube change to a full rebuild, electronic diagnostics and everything in between.
Over 15 years experience maintaining bicycles.
How it works
From first call to bike back home

Drop me a line
Call, email or send the form. We'll set a date for a no-obligation visit or collection at a time that suits you.

I come to you
Usually between 5.30pm and 7.30pm in the evening. We'll talk through what your bike needs and what the options are.

Into the workshop
Your bike goes on the stand in the fully equipped CrankShop workshop and you get a quote for the fix and the options.

Back home to you
Once you're happy with the price, the work gets done — and as soon as it's ready I'll drop you a line to arrange the return.
